Kaizen High School is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer to oversee admissions and examinations management at our Garden Town campus in Lahore. The successful candidate will handle student placement, provide guidance on admission procedures, and facilitate smooth examination arrangements. Key Responsibilities

  • Admissions and Student Guidance: Analyze prospective student applications according to standard admission policies. Advise students and their families on available academic programs, admission procedures, eligibility requirements, financial assistance options, and transfer policies.
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop, implement, and evaluate student recruitment programs for targeted groups, analyzing trends to design strategies aimed at boosting student enrollment and retention.
  • Examination Management: Oversee the entire examination process, including preparation, logistics, collection of fees, and coordination with examination invigilators.
  • Financial Coordination: Organize the collection of registration and examination fees, ensure proper invoicing, and work closely with the Finance Officer to ensure payments are correctly credited to the relevant accounts.
  • Communication: Maintain effective and clear communication with students, parents, teachers, and staff regarding admissions, exams, and related procedures.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports and proposals related to admissions and examinations, responding promptly to any inquiries from students, parents, or other stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Updates: Stay up-to-date with policies, procedures, and regulations set by relevant examination bodies and educational authorities to ensure compliance and correct handling of all academic records.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Public Relations or administrative role, preferably in an educational institution.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a Master’s degree considered a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively guide and advise students and families.
    • Well-developed organizational and coordination abilities.
    • A good understanding of student recruitment, retention issues, and the admission process.
    • Excellent fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Attributes: Must be calm, composed, tactful, and flexible, with the ability to remain assertive and clear in communication, especially in sensitive or high-pressure situations.
