Charts Technologies is looking for a Real Estate Agent who is driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial, with a strong passion for helping clients find ideal living spaces. As a Real Estate Agent at Charts Technologies, you will be responsible for understanding the criteria of prospective clients, helping them find properties that meet their needs, and closing deals successfully. Key Responsibilities
- Property Marketing & Advertising:
Stage and market living spaces effectively to attract potential buyers or renters. Utilize various advertising channels to ensure maximum visibility for available properties. - Client Engagement & Prospecting:
Identify new leads, actively reach out to prospective clients, and build relationships with both new and existing clients. Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients to close deals. - Property Discovery:
Understand client needs, criteria, and preferences to match them with suitable living spaces. Guide clients in viewing and exploring properties, providing them with all necessary information. - Negotiation & Deal Closing:
Facilitate and negotiate the terms of rent or purchase with clients and property owners to reach favorable agreements. Drive negotiations towards finalizing rental agreements and ensure a smooth transaction process. - Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after property transactions, ensuring clients have a positive experience throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Experience:
1-2 years of sales or real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory. A demonstrated ability to build relationships and negotiate successful deals is key. - Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. Ability to engage clients effectively, clearly presenting the features and benefits of different properties. - Self-Motivation:
Motivated and entrepreneurial-minded, with the ability to work independently while meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Location Preference:
The ideal candidate should be located or willing to work in DHA Phase 9, Lahore.
