We are seeking a Financial Reporting and Tableau Specialist to join our growing team in Lahore. This role is integral to providing high-quality financial insights through advanced analytics and reporting tools. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure data accuracy, develop impactful dashboards, and present meaningful reports to drive business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare divisional Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze revenue trends and allocate costs and expenses effectively.
- Assist senior management with financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Tableau Dashboards & Data Visualization:
- Utilize Tableau to design and build interactive dashboards and reports.
- Integrate diverse data sources into Tableau for comprehensive visualizations.
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders to support business decision-making.
- Train team members on Tableau usage and best practices.
Data Management & Commission Analysis:
- Gather and analyze financial data from various sources to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Calculate and allocate salaries, overheads, and other employee-related expenses to respective divisions or cost centers.
- Conduct commission analysis by calculating performance trends and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Prepare detailed summaries and visual presentations of financial data.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Partner with department managers and stakeholders to gather relevant data.
- Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Deliver ad hoc reports and analyses as requested by management.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, or CA.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and data visualization.
- Proficiency in Tableau with advanced knowledge of dashboards, data integration, and interactivity.
- Strong expertise in MS Excel, financial analysis, and modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with accounting principles, P&L structures, and commission frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for report preparation and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
