As a Solutions Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving customer success, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring the effective adoption of Nakisa’s suite of products.

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement and Solution Design:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, goals, and objectives.
- Design and present customized solutions based on Nakisa’s product offerings.
- Lead product demonstrations and manage proof-of-concept (POC) activities.
- Technical Expertise and Product Mastery:
- Develop a deep understanding of Nakisa’s SaaS solutions.
- Serve as a technical advisor, assisting clients in realizing product value and optimizing usage.
- Lead technical discussions, assist in integration and configuration, and ensure product alignment with client requirements.
- Strategic Value Communication:
- Communicate technical features in terms of strategic business value to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with the Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to share insights and shape the product development process.
- Project Support and Coordination:
- Assist with the configuration and implementation phases of projects, resolving issues and supporting the client’s adoption of the solution.
- Conduct training sessions for clients, empowering them to fully leverage Nakisa’s products.
- Act as a primary point of contact during critical project phases, ensuring client success and trust.
- Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing:
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases, documentation, and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and participate in internal learning sessions to elevate team capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, or similar roles within the SaaS industry, focusing on complex enterprise solutions.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles with a strong emphasis on client relationship management and technical problem solving.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in enterprise software solutions, cloud technologies, and system integrations.
- Understanding of system architecture and the ability to translate technical concepts to business benefits.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, particularly in a bilingual or international environment.
- Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering customer-first solutions.
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with Nakisa’s products or similar enterprise software platforms.
- Experience in key industries served by Nakisa, such as finance, retail, or supply chain.
