Easy2Employ is seeking a talented and experienced System Architect to join our team in Lahore. As a System Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing complex systems that support our clients’ operational and technical needs. This position requires both technical expertise and leadership qualities to ensure system scalability, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Design and Architecture:
    Design and implement system architecture for both new and existing projects, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
  • Software Development:
    Lead software development activities by utilizing industry best practices and proven methodologies to create efficient solutions.
  • Systems Engineering and Integration:
    Oversee and manage systems engineering tasks, ensuring seamless integration between different platforms and environments.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
    Work closely with engineering, development, and business teams to ensure systems meet functional requirements and business needs.
  • Cloud Technology Implementation:
    Utilize cloud platforms like AWS and Azure for developing and deploying cloud-based solutions and integrations.
  • Problem-solving and Innovation:
    Solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions, using deep knowledge of system architecture and development tools.
  • Ensure Documentation and Compliance:
    Maintain comprehensive system documentation to ensure project consistency and help meet industry standards.
  • Mentoring and Guidance:
    Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members and other staff to promote skill development and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Experience and Skills:
    • Proven experience in System Architecture and System Design.
    • Hands-on experience in software development with knowledge of various programming languages and development platforms.
    • Experience in systems engineering and integration in complex environments.
    • In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS and Azure, including design and deployment of cloud-based systems.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Additional Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes is a plus.
    • Understanding of modern DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
