Responsibilities
As a Technical Recruiter at Huffaz Technology, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and sourcing highly skilled candidates for technical and non-technical roles through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent to meet ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring plans.
- Conducting candidate screening, interviews, and evaluations to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Creating, updating, and optimizing job postings to attract high-quality applicants.
- Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Staying updated with the latest recruitment trends and leveraging innovative strategies to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing recruitment metrics to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruitment or a similar role, ideally within a tech-focused organization.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to assess technical skills and match candidates to appropriate roles.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and technical jargon.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- (Additional certifications in recruitment, such as SHRM, are a plus.)
