As we continue to grow and expand our market share, we are looking for a talented Technical Recruiter to help us attract and hire top-tier technical talent for our game development projects.
Job Responsibilities
As a Technical Recruiter at FRAG Games, your key responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment and Sourcing:
- Proactively identify and source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates’ qualifications.
- Actively seek passive candidates who may not be actively job searching but possess the desired skills.
- Candidate Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
- Conduct follow-up calls with candidates to gather feedback and address any concerns.
- Offer Management:
- Extend offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and oversee the onboarding process.
- Work with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with company policies.
- Branding and Networking:
- Represent FRAG Games at industry events and career fairs to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
- Maintain and update candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Contribute to the development of a strong employer brand through social media, online postings, and other marketing channels.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, ideally within the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements in game development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment efforts simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Passion for gaming and an eye for identifying top talent.
