Job Responsibilities
As a Technical Recruiter at ZAPTA Technologies, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Full Life-Cycle Recruiting:
- Manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing to hiring, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of open positions and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Evaluate resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and experience.
- Technical Recruiting:
- Source and attract top technical talent across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Use your understanding of technical roles and industry trends to effectively assess candidates for positions in software development, UX/UI design, and other technical areas.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Candidate Communication:
- Maintain clear and continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and updates.
- Conduct follow-up interviews and feedback sessions with candidates post-interview.
- Collaboration with HR and Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding processes and compliance with company policies.
- Stay informed about relevant HR laws and regulations to ensure the recruitment process aligns with legal requirements.
- Record Maintenance:
- Maintain and update candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Manage and track recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and process optimization.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical recruiting and full-life cycle recruitment, ideally in the software development or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of technical skills and roles, particularly in software development, mobile applications, and UX/UI design.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Pakistan.
