FRAG Games, a vibrant and growing Full-Service Game Studio, is searching for a talented Technical Recruiter to join our team. Founded in 2013, we are a team of 80+ passionate gamers and developers creating unique experiences for clients such as Netflix and Cartoon Network. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play an integral role in finding and attracting the best technical talent to support our innovative projects.


Job Responsibilities

Recruitment and Sourcing:

  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates against job requirements.
  • Seek out passive candidates with the desired skills and experience.

Candidate Management:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
  • Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and manage the onboarding process.
  • Address candidate concerns and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Employer Branding and Outreach:

  • Represent FRAG Games at industry events and career fairs to enhance our employer brand.
  • Contribute to social media and job postings to attract top talent.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Work with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role within the gaming industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles, particularly in game development.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Tools: Proficiency in ATS and other recruitment tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Passion for Gaming: A keen interest in gaming and identifying top talent for game development.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities.
