Punch Group is looking for Fresh Technical Recruiters to join our dynamic team at our Lahore office. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and sourcing the best talent for our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and the technical team to ensure that the right candidates are recruited efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time, onsite position for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and eager to grow in the field of technical talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
As a Technical Recruiter, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing Job Descriptions: Understand the hiring manager’s needs and ask clarifying questions to identify the right candidate profile.
- Sourcing Candidates: Use various sourcing techniques (job boards, LinkedIn, etc.) to find potential candidates.
- Screening Candidates: Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate competencies against technical job requirements.
- Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate with candidates and technical teams to schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
- Following Up: Share interview feedback with candidates and ensure continuous communication to maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Assisting with Hiring Process: Assist team leads with day-to-day tasks, including presenting candidates to hiring managers and following instructions from senior staff to meet recruitment goals.
