Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
1. Customer Support & Troubleshooting
- Handling customer queries and complaints related to solar inverters, VFDs, and batteries.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues through calls, emails, and the CRM system.
- Guiding customers through remote troubleshooting to help them fix product issues.
2. Technical Assistance & Documentation
- Logging all customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and follow-ups.
- Providing detailed reports on recurring technical issues and suggesting improvements.
- Collaborating with the engineering and product teams to identify long-term solutions.
3. Process Improvement
- Recommending better support strategies based on customer feedback.

Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
✅ Degree: Bachelor’s in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
✅ Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or a similar role.
Technical & Soft Skills
