Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

1. Customer Support & Troubleshooting

  • Handling customer queries and complaints related to solar inverters, VFDs, and batteries.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues through calls, emails, and the CRM system.
  • Guiding customers through remote troubleshooting to help them fix product issues.

2. Technical Assistance & Documentation

  • Logging all customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

Degree: Bachelor’s in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or a similar role.
