Greeka.com, a leading travel platform promoting Greece for over 25 years, is looking to hire Junior Travel Agent Operators to join their team. This is a remote, full-time position where you will provide support across multiple departments including ferry tickets, car rentals, tours, transfers, and accounting. If you have a passion for travel, possess strong organizational skills, and want to help customers plan unforgettable holiday experiences, we would love to have you on board.
Responsibilities
- Ferry Tickets Department:
- Manage online bookings for ferry tickets.
- Handle customer requests, including issuing tickets, amendments, and cancellations.
- Car Rental and Hotel Departments:
- Monitor and manage online bookings.
- Handle customer requests and daily operations for car rentals and hotel bookings.
- Tours and Transfers Department:
- Issue vouchers after confirming arrangements with customers and tour/transfer providers.
- Handle bookings and customer requests related to tours and transfers.
- Accounting Department:
- Issue invoices, track payments, and manage refunds.
- Check payment clearings and ensure accurate financial records.
- Call Center:
- Receive and manage incoming customer calls.
- Address customer concerns, note down requests, and forward them to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A Travel Bachelor’s Degree, Superior University Degree, or qualification from the College of Tourism and Hotel Management (COTHM) is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in typing (40 to 60 words per minute).
- Strong command of English, both oral and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
